Course extensions

Extensions for full qualification students

Accredited Online Training (AOT) is not obliged to extend the period of a student enrolment if the student has not completed the course in the allocated time.

Once the allocated time for a given course has ended the student will no longer be provided with access to the course material, course assessment and unlimited trainer support.

Students of AOT may arrange a course extension for an additional fee for a three-month or six-month extension.

Course extensions will not be granted to a student unless their Unique Student Identifier (USI) has been provided to AOT and verified.

Course reinstatement

AOT will not reinstate a student into a course following the course finish date.

If for any reason; personal or medical a student cannot continue their studies, they have the option to apply for withdrawal or to place their course on hold. This can be done by following the guidelines outlined in the relevant sections in this Student Handbook.
